Privacy Policy

The short version: this website does not track you, does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not sell or rent your information to anyone. The only information collected is what you choose to type into a form.

What is collected

Nothing is collected unless you submit a form. Depending on which form you use:

• Contact form — your name, email address, and optionally a phone number, preferred language, your child's age, the kind of support you are looking for, and your message.
• Anonymous parent question — your question, an age range, a topic, optionally what you have already tried, and optionally an email address if you want to be told when the question is answered. No name is requested and no IP address is stored with these questions.
• Email list — your email address only.

Please do not include diagnoses, medical records, or other sensitive details in a website form. If something needs that level of detail, it belongs in a private conversation.

Why it is collected

Only to reply to you, to answer parent questions, and — if you asked for it — to send occasional emails. Your information is never used for advertising or profiling.

Who can see it

Tali Gal, and the person who manages this website on her behalf. Nobody else.

To function, the site relies on two service providers, which process data strictly on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes:

• Cloudflare — hosts the website and stores form submissions.
• Resend (using Amazon SES) — delivers the notification email when you submit a form.

That is the complete list. There are no analytics services, no advertising pixels, no social-media trackers, and no embedded third-party fonts — the fonts on this site are served from this site itself, so your visit is not reported to any font provider.

Cookies

This website sets no cookies of its own and uses no tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to protect the site from automated abuse. The admin area stores its access key in your own browser only; nothing about that leaves your device.

How long it is kept

Form submissions are kept while they are relevant to answering you, and then deleted. If you ask us to delete something, we delete it.

Your choices

You may ask what has been stored about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — just email tali.galzg@gmail.com. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.

Children

This website is written for parents and carers, not for children, and it is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Parents may mention a child's age or situation when writing to us; please share no more than is needed.

Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and submissions are stored on Cloudflare's infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, so please use your judgement about what you send through a web form.

Links to other sites

Book links open Amazon, and social links open Instagram. Those companies have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
